See I disagree with this. I would say that IF you were to remove everyones money over x amount, that value should be double the price of the most expensive vehicle/Item in the game (Going off of the phrase "if you cannot afford it twice, don't buy it") The most expensive vehicle in the game is the Blackfish Vehicle Transport - Which costs 75 M full price, or 37.5 mill half price. So, the cut down should be 150M/75M, but at this point you are rich af and set anyway, and putting everyones bank down to that price would simply piss off those who are rich, but not actually change anything about how the server is played. If I was to be set down to 15 Mill I would probably leave, why do I work hard to maintain a constant bank balance otherwise. You also need to realise that most people with these very high bank accounts still, for the most part, maintain a constant balance at least - however it does fluctuate greater amounts than those who are poorer(I find I will fluctuate by +- 5 Million from the mark I like to maintain). But back to the main point of this point - 15 mill is way to low when you look at the vehicles and licenses in the game. - Viper costs 50 million outright - so any amount bellow 60 million would be stupid to cut peoples money down to(purchasing the license + 10 mill so you aren't broke afterwards).A percentage or maybe removing all the money in everyone's accounts over a certain ammount(maybe 15 mil, debatable)
Everyone now seems to do Fries. Which do now leave you exposed for around 5-10 minutes to process them every time, and does make them riskier to do as well. Yes they are very good passive income, and how I personally manage to sustain my bank account, and it does take people away from normal runs, however, with the current runs you can do, it is very hard to make enough money to sustain loadouts. When I do a barn run - it will allow me to break even at the end of the day(I make 1 mill /run - so that is 2 loadouts), any other runs I make that day will be profit, however the next day if I buy another Ifrit, I am back at the point of that profit being gone.but i think barns should be nerfed or entirely removed
Removing a gun? If this gun goes everyone will be running around with Promit MR's, Type-115, MK18's and MX SWs, it won't change much. At least with MK1, they aren't suppressed and it is easier to work out where the shots are coming from.Another nice thing that could be done is to remove Mk-1s. I know that this is a controversial opinion, but this needs to be done. It's a really good weapon and just it's existance leads to more gunfights.
If you want my opinion, everything you have put here will damage Rebel life further - and not solve any of the problems.
What needs to happen atm is a few more Rebel groups with long time players to pop up. For the past couple days I have had a blast playing rebel because of the Police Holiday Gang which is currently playing. Yesterday we did a Casino allied which was a lotta fun, because there is no gangs strong enough to currently do it on their own, but on Monday we were fighting on the caps against them, again - having a blast. However, by Saturday this is all gone again, and until another Police Holiday gang comes along, rebel becomes much slower. Police holiday gangs often get into more shit, and more happens because they save up the money in police, and so by the time their holiday comes often there is large amounts in which they can spend on gear, and then make it all back over the next 2 months. What is needed to bring rebel life back is this - 2 or 3 large gangs to bring back more fights between gangs, more RP - more rebel interaction in general. I know there are Sentinel and another gang which are around - but personally I haven't seen much of them around - occasionally they are at the caps but IDK what they are doing otherwise. If the runs were to pay more - the better runs should be paying 1.8-2 million in a Hemtt box again, or gear prices (including MK1), were to go down, this would bring more people back to rebel. If 20-30 people total were to leave both of the current factions(so maybe 15 each, or 20 from police, 10 from pos.), this would reduce the overwhelming force the factions currently have against rebels, however, this is highly unlikely to happen, as you are much better off in factions atm, due to the unsustainability of gear prices as rebel. In Pos. a Mk1 loadout costs about 300-400k, as Police it is about 40k, as Rebel it is 500k+ if you are to bring roach scopes with it, and there is fewer scopes like this you can get as rebel(AMS, LRPS).
