I think a "Real Estate" building / app / city hall NPC that show's market listings for available properties would be a good addition to the server as it makes for a smoother roleplay experience. It makes more sense for a interested property buyer to go to a Real Estate agent to find a property rather than going door to door all over the city hoping for a unowned house within their budget.
In addition a "Realtor" job / license could be added where a player can become a Realtor, they are then given access to location / prices of houses. They then advertise their services and a player can then contact them. The realtor then tells the interested buyer the list of houses for sale and when the buyer picks one, the realtor brings the person to the location for a "viewing". The player now knows the location and price of the house and both the player and realtor has had a good rp experience.
To add to this, the realtor can ask for a % of the house price (e.g if the house is 200k the "Realtor" asks the client for 10% = 20'000) for them to use their services.

Additional quality of life improvements
Could lead to additional RP situations
A new job / legal income path.
More quality immersion.
