So. I did play on this server a time ago. LOVED it. Came back i think a week ago after a long break from ArmA. My week started out with getting RDMed 7 times. I got them recorded. But then, my recording times started looking like this http://prntscr.com/8c9ymi . Once it was even 19 hours in a row. So i deleted some. I just lost a little 4five then. But now, i lost a actual "good" gun. I am very poor and hobo so to me its ALOT. This is what happend:
We see a offroad, turns around to rob them. The guy in the back starts to spray at us (RDM). Then we hopped out and got killed. So once the first round was fired i hit the record button on my keyboard. So i didnt get it all. But the thing is that i Really just want comp for my gun. Its worth alot for me. So the video that i managed t get is this http://youtu.be/w3VzNi1ZclI As you can see after i ask him for comp. He said that the spray was "warning shots" as a replacement for the initate roleplay. So there he admits it. I just want comp for my stuff and i want him to learn a lession.

What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes. Its in the video. He then claims that the warning shot is a replacement. I asked a mentor on ts. And he said nope its not.

I'm that Tatu in question.

Your video is missing the part where you and your buddy started chasing us and after a couple of warning shots tried to VDM us (like you wrote yourself: "We see a offroad, turns around to rob them. ") and you fired the first shots after that. 

When someone starts to chase us (that initiated RP), we don't wait to be killed by better guns. You had a possibility to flee once you hit us with your car (ours was damaged, that's why we stopped in the middle of the road), but you decided to start a fight. This time you failed. Therefore I see no reason for ban or any other sanctions.

 
We didnt try to vdm you. The driver did loads of manouvers to try and avoud the bullets. And i askef the mentors on ts. They said that the ONLY way to initiate rp is to talk.

But tatu. If you know that you are right why are u even typing here. U told me to "go cry on the forums". Here i am and if you know u did nothing wrong why are u even arguing. U straight up said u didnt have time to clear it up

 
I'm not really arguing here; Just sharing my/our side of the story, which seems fair. That video explains quite clearly what happened after you rammed us and opened fire towards us, I just added the information that you left out. 

It seemed nothing but vdm to us when you, despite being shot a few times for warning, kept charging towards us and ultimately wrecked our car. Not to forget that you chased as a good while before all this happened. Then you got owned by a couple 9mm rooks and start bitching and whining about compensation? Get over it and accept the fact that when you work towards robbing people, sometimes you lose your precious assault rifles in the process, m8. There's a lesson for you to learn. 

My part on this thread is done. I'll leave it to admins to decide what's ultimately right and wrong.

 
Lmao. We turned after you like 20 sec before turned off the hughway xD. Just let the admins decide. But you did infact shoot without saying a word. Eich is what im here for. NOTHING else. So there isnt much more info needed. If you say i vdm. Then report me. I just find it hard to vdm in passanger seat. Whatever. Leave it to the admins

wait. Are you saying we shot first?

 That video explains quite clearly what happened after you rammed us and opened fire towards us, I just added the information that you left out. 

 
Denied - Unclear evidence. I can't tell what happened before and if it's true that you tried to ram then and how long you've been chasing them.
