Description of what happened:
Was standing around for some late night Taxi RP. Guy comes up on the wrong side of the street in a safe zone and backs up into me. I ask for his insurance card and he proceeds to pull away and then slam into me almost resulting in our cars exploding.
What Rule Was Broken ?:

No, I didn't think there would be any outcome judging from his actions.
