Description of what happened:
At Iron Mine, going to collect a Hemmt Box to use to collect, as we take off we get shot at. We then land to surrender and I start recording. As we get out, no words are spoken and me and [sCO] Frutyrudy (Heisenburg in game at the time) get gunned down.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting:
Fruity messaged Stubbs in game to go up to the Thatcher room. After about 15 mins of waiting in said room and no reply, we gave up.

LOL You went to collect the heli win the truck we followed the truck they stoped we shout get down then they flew off in the heli and landed and you know that because thats how I managed to get the spot on the hill to take you out just show the whole video because I was recording too, so dont lie and you never said anything to me.

yep when i approached the mine someone was shooting at my helicopter

after i went out and landed i returned fire ofcourse , thats a normal thing to do

We didnt get any warnings of them and if they did do what i dont believe we would not hear them due to us being in the helicopter

so just shooting without saying anything , apparently they do it more often as i see

What about the point before you got in the Heli you got out the truck and into the Heli, when you got out the truck we shout get down you got in the heli so we opened fire you flew away and I continued to shoot then you landed you got out and your friend had a gun out and you didnt land to surrender as at the end of the video you can clearly see your friend opened fire on us then I was still on the hill from where you got in the truck (as you landed only 100m away from your previous location) so I had a clear shot to kill you and your friend while the other 2 where in the Ifirit.

My friend may have, but as the video clearly shows, no order was given and you gunned down an unarmed man.
