Description of what happened: Me and my friends were planning to rob the HM treasury, we began to hear a few gun shots in the distance so I got my binoculars out and surveyed the area, to my surprise there was a gun fight occurring (I believe I was not in the area of the gun fight either) I then saw a player loitering around the HM treasury, so I went up to him to see his business which he then responded saying "I recommend you leave the area" I did not take this suggestion to heart and begin pursuing him (quite openly I may add) he then did a quick 180 and filled me with lead. Also, the reason i did not take his recommendation to heart as I had multiple snipers in the area.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, he the  proceeded to call me a 'kid' and he does not know why he is even talking to me, he also blabbered on about fail RP.

That is not RDM as i stated to you on the TS i'am in a firefight with other dudes you are not involved i tell you that i would Recommend you to leave the area and you run at a armed man who is in a firefight wich is Fail RP in my pov since you do not worry if you get killed or not. Since you were runing towards me, you were armed as well and i was in a firefight you were a Threat to my life.

Called you a kid because you were imitating me on the team speak. What is that but childish?

 
I never even knew you were part of that firefight, I also ran at you because we were about to rob the HM treasury, I believe I was hardly even a threat to you, we will wait for an admin or member of staff to look over everything, before we begin attempting to slice each others throats. I also only really posted this because a mentor does believe it was fail RP from you.

 
I do belive it was fail rp from you. The mentor is probably not aware that there was a firefight happening because you did not tell him. And i was right you were a threat to me. If i was seeing a guy in a firefight i would not get close to him to ask hey how are you... Even worse after being warnned that it would be a good choice to leave the area as you did not leave the area and you were a threat i considered that you were with them for what other raseon would you be following me around but to give info about me. I saw the other guy behind you with a weapon as well. And i was pretty sure i was getting flanked so you did not leave me alone during a firefight and you were threat has proof of that i got killed by you guys and we can hear at the team speak what what you guys are saying all aiming at me. I would also like you to put the entire video as you guys saw me coming underfire in my hatchback sport and you are claiming you did not know i was in a firefight. When i arrived in my hatchback sport you were climbing the ladder to the top of the Treasury so you saw i was in the fire fight.

 
I have listened to the teamspeak coversation, and we were just talking about getting in contact with a officer, none of us even knew you were there until I mentioned you standing there. We were there first, you came over, I walked over to you, said hi, you recomended that I leave, I did not as I saw you were walking towards the hill where my friend was, this does not give you the right to just turn around and open fire at me. Also, if you saw my friend with a gun, shouldn't you realize that this action you were about to commit would end you life? I felt I was safe because of my friends. However you decided that shooting an unarmed man coming towards you was the best idea.

 
I realised that you were coming to me to attempt something that would be a threat to my life as i was already in a fight on my teamspeak i even comented that there were guys coming to the firefight without being part of it and one of my mates say yes and then they will cry that they were rdmed i was hearing the engine of a truck to the left and i was in a fight with 2 trucks i had eyes on one and the other was on my left i belived then there is a guy coming from my right after being warned about the danger. I don't know but from my pov a good RP was to listen to my indication and not to run around with your weapons at your back when there is a stranger armed envolved in a firefight. Imagine your self as a individual in a battlefield would you run at everyone you see armed after they tell you to leave the area? If you want to know what RDM is i got video of adster starting a shoot out without any RP my best guess he did metagame to see the player name with his scope.

 
Let's just summarize everything we have discussed for an admin

- I saw you fighting people around 800 meters away

- None of us knew you retreated to our zone 

- I came over to you after seeing you lying there

- I say hello

- You recommend I leave the area, I do not, and begin trailing you.

- You turn around and shoot me, knowing you will die.

You came over to us mate, we did not walk over to your firefight zone.

Imagine going into a base of someone after being shot at, you freak out seeing him turning around shooting him in the face.

well your clearly accusing me of rdm and meta gaming , don't know about you but I take this server pretty seriously ,in and out of rp. so to come online and see such statement late is very worrying so I would appreciate if you would upload your footage instead of dragging my name through the mud, cheers chuck

I don't think there is much more to say i felt threated you run into me as a ennemy scout you had a recomendation this was the result of not taking it. Will let the mods deal with this from now on.

I do not know if i was miss understood or if you just want to attack me but i was saying that i had an example of what it is and i was not trying to do anything else if i wanted to do that i would had to do a repport within 24hours wich i did not because i do not take pleasure in getting peaople banned for this kind of mistakes it was bad enought that you lost the fight starting in advantage by doing that from what i think. To answer to the thing where you say i knew i would die well i did not knew with who you were if you were with the guys i was shoting as that firefight/pursuit was going nearly since kavala they had plenty of time to call for reinforcements and you obviusly wanted to die that is why you come after me armed afteri being told to leave the area. I will ask to what mods ask me now.

 
So how did I rdm? I didn't kill anyone and your guys came to weed processor with guns raised about to rob my group. I still have the rdm video of you and portugeses executing me and my pal from two days, wasn't gonna up load it , but seen as you are dragging my name through the mud and you have a player report going up about you nearly every day probs best to rid the server of guys like you ...

 
You shot without RP. We got video evidence proving that it was initialized and you tried to escape with the car. And a repport must be done within 24hours i just uploaded the video because you asked for. That video has no meaning waht so ever for the mods since is not a repport nor anything else i uploaded it because you asked me to. It is RDM when you shoot at some1 without initialization you must say something to them like a warning or a threat you saw a guy with a gun and you opened fire that is why it was random. Is clear on this video that i was in a firefight that is why i was not giving importance to Pistachio121 he was warned to leave the area insteed he decided to follow me as i was clearly in a shoot out. Btw you asked me to come to ts about that repport and i told you to make it then as there was initialization and you clearly did not obey to our demands. And you said you stop the car both got out and then we killed you that is a complete lie the car stoped when the driver got killed you probably realised that in your video.

Mate I didn't upload it as I like to fink I'm a mature guy and I don't really want to be the reason some1 gets banned, if you type 'tony Montana rdm' on YouTube it comes up with multiple vids, and the fact that you have randomly used my name in an argument has pissed me off to be honest, doesn't matter what b.s you spin on it. In my video you kill to guys and don't give a reason or time to react, next time pal , if some one is friendly and courteous enough not to upload a report with the mentality of 'well shit happens"  don't repay that by trying to slander me for no reason :)  peace and love brother, peace and love

and my friend say that yes,  but I personally think he was joking and you clearly hear the other guys saying "no we won't"

 
There is plenty of time to imobilize the car. I did not try to do anything to you dont you see that your video and mine are like they wont existe after 24hours if you do not do a repport you cant do it any time after. You did not do that repport after you guys threat me to do it because there is clear RP in there and your mate says to ignore RP when there is quote on this post from you guys saying that you take RP serious. Btw in that wonderfull youtube list of yours i'am only in the video uploaded by you. You know tony montana is the main character of Scarface a serious mafia guy... Is my frist time playing with this name i use to be DeadSoul and i always had a tag so don't you just make up stuff based or arguments like that...

 
We're is this rule that states I can't do a report after 24 hours? I am offline at the moment because of a flood ,so I couldn't upload, also that's why I'm so annoyed about my name coming up when I haven't even been online. And as for video, again, we already started driving be4 you said stop, you instantly open fire, and answer me this, why when the car was stopped and my allie was already dead and I got out the car, why did you pause then open fire to kill me?

What has that got to do with this video? As I said in ts man, this isn't going to get resolved with bickering  so let's just agree to disagree and move forward :)
