Description of what happened: I'm Driving my truck, then suddenly a Helicopter come over me, no talk nothing, then few sec later i got a TEXT Messeage from IRONHORSE.Then They attacked me, without any warning, they killed me.

We just tried to rob you , so we took out the wheels on your truck . 

Yes we got hold of the info on your name before sending you a message. 

Now we know we cant do it, send a ingame message. 

All can make mistakes as long as you learn from it. 

Im very sorry for this and i hope we can come to and agreement on a comp or somting.

And i hope all can try to remember its a game in the end, and we all are only trying to have fun in thes game.

I have just one last thing to say: Thank you all for a nice gun battle between armed men, and I am very sorry for all this chaos.

 
First of all, no one identified you. At no point was your name used. We simply used the most common radio frequencies that both a helipcoptor and large truck, like the one you were driving, have in them. We asked you to stop. You didn't even slow down. We shot out your tires which obviously made you stop and then you get out with a weapon drawn and go prone. RP time is over now. And to say that you didn't "hear" anything? Lets not be stupid. We could have yelled all day and you would have never heard us.

I am all for a fair server, and RP is part of Altis life, but lets get real for five minutes. We were trying to rob you, not see how your day was going. You knew what was up. That's why you ran. You can't run, AND claim RDM. You running is your admission that you see what is happening and have made a decision that you are not going to RP through the use of communication. RP does NOT assume open communcation. RP means roleplay. We roleplay as robbers and you were well aware of what we were doing. RP happened whether you like it or not.

 
Hm, when i saw your heli you didnt even yell me.. you just land and try to ctach me, then after sent me the text, and of course, if you didnt warn me like that just shoot, and text.. hm. How do you called this, hm?

 
It have been 2 days since we talked. If you wont contact me (Till Tomorrow 20:00 Ingame or here in PM), then i need to talk with the Admin about this topic.

 
I am not a admin but this video evidence is very compelling. Reported players also admitted to breaking the rules in here. Our rules are very clear: If you want to solve a dispute, you do it in person. As soon as it is on the forum, it is a legitimate report. Compensating the victim is all good, but the video evidence is here, the report is here. This means it will be viewed as a valid report and admins will make a decision on it regardless weather or not the players involved have ''solved'' it. If in the eyes of the staff the rules were broken, action will be taken.

Locking this now for admin review.

 
You need to rp more,1 msg then start shooting is not enough. I do not think however this is a banable case.
