Description of what happened: Was running around looking for a particular person who I met a couple of mins ago, guy passes in car, I turn around as I always look around whilst running , saw dude with gun - bang, dead. No communication at all!
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM  3B
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: tried in sidechat - was told by player that he "screamed".

You say you were threatened by someone. Maybe this was his friend? I will await his input.
