Description of what happened:   As you can see in the video, I was in my vehicle trunk at the time of initiation. We were told to put down our weapons, which of course, I couldn't immediately comply with,  I exited my vehicle trunk and went to put my pistol in it's holster; you can see the animation as I am shot. From when he first spoke, to when he first shot, there was a total of 3 seconds max.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:

 Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, I requested he join our Lobby in TS to resolve. He didn't. We moved to his lobby and asked him to move down. he didn't. Then refused to even listen to us.

The reason i didnt join the channel was becasue i was still in a RP situation. If this really wants to be proven i was ALSO recording. How was i supposed to know you were in your trunk when you start to holster your weapon. You are moving to an action, so i retailated.

Also we did speak to you in teamspeak and i also have that recorded, so dont lie when i DIDNT want to speak to you. I was in a RP situation and was not going to let you break that, so i ignored you at the time. When i was done i explained why i didnt join your lobby and me and lew spoke to you about the problem and you left with it resolved as far as we know. By the end of today once i have played enough arma for today. I will upload my end of the video and show you that i didnt ignore you and my POV

You claimed I would be comped before I left. Then my friend who was still in your channel was told that I will have to take it to the forum and you would not comp me. So here we are. I am still happy to drop this FYI. 

Unless you are willing to resolve this peacefully, I will not be communicating to argue over this forum.

It has not been resolved.

I left with the impression I was being part comped (Agreed 250k) then Digby was told by you that I would not be comped, and I would have to take it to the forum as I have mentioned above.

Even still, less than 5 seconds from initiation and I was dead.

Again I will not be arguing over the forum like children. If you want to actually resolve this, then you know how to reach me. If not, I will leave this open.

At the end of the day i said 3 times to put your guns down. From now on ill give people more time. We were outnumbered and twitchy that you could retaliate easily. Tho i have learnt to give more time.

Now another thing, you said that you didnt look towards me in teamspeak which you did. Also its technically black mail saying that you wont report me if i give you comp for it. Thats not your decision to make at the end of they day. Talk to an admin on teamspeak at the time to get it sorted there and then rather than dragging it out like this. By the end of the day i will look through all 8 hours of footage to find that exact moment and upload my POV from that incident.
