RDM by Dean (Action: Player already banned in-game)

Name of the person you are reporting (in-game name): Dean
 
Time & Date this happened: 6th of December. Afternoon, I don't know the exact time but I can know if needed.
 
Description of what happened: While standind in the Cashpoint in Athira, got randomly shot by Dean. Seconds later, more two players were RDM by him.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I did. He said in the side-chat that it wasn't him. Too bad for him I got evidences.

Second RDM of Dean today. This morning around 10 a player messaged me in game aswell that he was rdmed. 

I asked him for proof but he didnt have any. sorry to say for you buddy but i'm happy that he did it again and that you were able to record it.

Yes, I had a black mx with mrco scope and silencer inside the backpack. That was all that I lost. I do have the part of the video where I put the weapon inside the bag if it's needed for compensation evidence. But what I want most is to punish this user.
