RDM (big miss understanding) (Denied)

Hi there, i recently posted on the report  player page, but due to the fact it was 5am i did not read the rules before posting.

The incident took place outside the drug dealer in Kavala early this morning. My name at the time was Jackie Chan. I was unloading my first batch of cocaine when a police officer was running around with guys with the clag tag [TI] and [PLF]. One of the [TI] guys told me to put my hands up, i replied by saying i didnt know how to do that (couldnt remember) and asked to give me a sec while i looked it up, but before i could do anything i was shot in the head. When i put my mic on and said "what the hell" i heard one of them say "oh shit" as if he knew he had just unfairly killed me. 

by my fustration i started typing in the side channel, when i got back to the dealer to get my truck, i was chased by the same guys. i got  told to run and get in my truck and drive away, so i got into my truck and did what they said but they (again) opened fired on me. It was 5am, i was on my own against 10people, of course im going to be mad and angry, and i apologise if i broke any rules (i dont think i did) 

i was then banned by PC Stephanie.  

im hoping we can get this resolved as i think this has been a big missunderstadning (probably due to LAG) and the other players involed not being able to hear me over the mic.

See, you died. And you went back. To get your truck. This is roleplay mate.. when you died, you don't even remember you had a truck there, since your character died. You are not allowed to go back to the situation, not within 1000meters for 15 minutes. New Life Rule, we call this.
 

Rule 6: The New Life Rule

A new life means that your character has lost all previous memories. It still is the character you play, i.e. it is still part of the rebels or cops and it still knows all his friends. Your character just forgets what was leading to that death. 

The only exception to this is your wanted level, In our latest release bounty levels are now persistent over deaths to enable long winded police chases and bounty hunter chases... without this we wont have police and bounty hunters tracking down the person and the person being on the run for weeks/days.

 
Example: Matt, John and Ben are rebels who try to rob the bank. During the shootout with the cops, Matt and Ben die, John get's arrested and spends some time in jail. When they all meet again, they all would roleplay the situation in a way that they all tried to get away, because they realized that they couldn't handle the situation. Matt and Ben got away, though John got caught. If the players want to have the deaths involved, they might tell stories of other rebels that died there, who were with them initially. 
 
6A) A new life starts, when

• Your character has been killed by a cop
• Your character has died in a RP situation.
• Your character has been involved in an accident

6B) A new life does not start when

• Your character has been the victim of RDM/VDM (Unless inside of the RedZone)
• You disconnect (end of session)

6C) You are not allowed to seek revenge when you die!
 
6D) You are not allowed to return within 1000m of where you was killed within 15 minutes after you have been killed!

We gave you multiple warnings to put your hands up,we waited over 20 seconds. And after you came back and broke NLR we didnt tell you to drive away but to run away.

The fact that you still didnt realize you broke NLR i would suggest to you to read the rules not just say you did. 2nd ban is a perm ban as far as i know,so make sure you understand the rules.
