Description of what happened:
Uncle Fiddler got killed without any prior RP by [bG] Max. The guy talking in the video is not Max.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
3B) RDM

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)
I can provide a longer video if needed for further proof of no RP prior to the shooting.

I was not involved in the robbery and has no footage of that incident. Just saw you run around outside the garage and then as the other guy standing infront of the victim started talking you pulled out your gun and shot him without a single word.

Just to add to that it was not in the blue zone. In the video you can see that I was on the other side of the road and Uncle Fiddler was in the middle of the road which was not part of the blue zone neither. Unfortunately I do not have a recording of this robbery by myself. If we could get uncle fiddler to this forum it would be amazing for him to tell about the robbery. 

Just to add to this. If you do not know the full story do not report, especially if you haven't been speaking to the person involved. It might look like a hobo trying to RDM but the full story can be totally different.

I report what I believe is against the server rules regardless if Im the victim or not, also its not up to you or me to tell what others can or can not do. The admins are the only ones who have that right.

I am not trying to tell you what you should or should not do, However as a long term player, just like yourself I would have appreciated if you would have spoke to me via Teamspeak before going straight to the forums as you captured 19 seconds of the situation rather than the whole of it.

 This is the full story what happened...

My friend and I are going around Athira as hobos just to have fun with our 9mm pistols. We had nothing to loose and just wanted to have some good time. After robbing about five people I see Uncle Fiddler and his friend. I start talking to him about being in a hostage situation and would he like to be my hostage. After the talk as a hobo I ask him ''Do you want to be my hostage?'' and I jump on my ATV. I start telling him to jump on my ATV but he tells me to jump out because he cant hear me because of the engine running. I jump out and the next thing I know is that I'm being knocked out and robber for my money. After I wake up I see them running away to the other side of Athira. At this point I knew that my hunt for the robbers was about to begin. I go after them from the other side of Athira to the other side. We have a small gun fight at the Athira garage where I try to take them out but my 9mm wasn't  good enough for that job. After that they tell the Police about me and I change my position from in front of the garage to back of it. I see them and a police going after me. After the police gives up I see them joining the other people that are standing on a road in front of the police station. At this point I knew that it was my chance to get my revenge. I do my hobo 9mm attack by running straight into them. I shoot the guy with the Barrei and I start running away, I scream ''You will never get me alive!'' but a police officer shoots me straight to my back. After this I got arrested and sent to jail.

That is the full story

It would be amazing to have the victim himself (Uncle Fiddler) to join this conversation too. I have been trying to contact him for the whole day to check this report out but I haven't been successful.

It wasn't an rdm i did rob him about 2 mins ago before. He doesn't deserve a ban. (Sorry for late reply i didnt get any message from you max)
