I am just wondering how to do RBA ?? 
What do I need and what will I get

To rob the bank, all you need is a pistol and atleast some cops on the server. I'm not sure how many it is, I think 2? 

Either way, walk up to the man in the bank, take out your gun, and scroll wheel on him. There should be the option to rob. Select that, and wait. There should be a bar which shows you the progress. It takes a few minutes, and the police usually show up, so have a good RP story ready, or make sure you are in cover!

You get about 20k for robbing the bank

You need a codebreaker for the RBA, use it in the door until you break the code, then start bagging the money

I don't think it's worth it, just looked at the rebel market and the codebreaker is pretty expensive.

It's been so long since I responded to the RBA as a cop... I thought it was bugged/broken....

Only if you want some RP. If you do it for the money its pointless. Better to do a copper run or soemthing
