What probably happend:

I was flying in a chopper to look for a good place for a base for PMC. When I was doing this I got a callout from a friend and went there. I dropped of 2 guys on a hill and when I wanted to take off again a Police Copter flew into me, They exploded but i had nothing, i didn't saw them coming. I know this is Bannable but I didn't saw them coming. (if this is the ban reason) There is also no ban reason added. It just says Admin Ban. Also another member of my gang is randomly banned. ()

i was watching this happen you flew into a police helicoptertook off from the hill and flew straight into the helicopter

 
Wait fuel, your saying he crashed [SIZE=14.4444446563721px]into a police heli[/SIZE] while he was ascending, that sounds like a normal crash where the police heli just bumped into him and not one done on purpose.

both helis was at the same hight when it happened and it is nothing to do with me, I just witnessed you doing it

 
I was piloting the other chopper, from my point of view you suddenly appeared in front of me from below then appeared to tilt into me; from my co-pilots point of view you very suddenly appeared in front of the chopper and flying straight at us. From our point of view it looked intentional, fuel has got it recorded from his point of view, we did have a second point of view but unfortunately shadow play crashed for him, anyway, I'm sure fuel will put the video up soon

 
How can you ban him for an accident that it could happen all of use ?

 
Why would he intentionally fly into you guys when he knows he would get banned? and also he was taking off when the chopper flew into him how is he supposed to know a chopper was coming at him it's not like we have an ATC.

 
And with no proof how can somebody just get banned just on someone's word.

You obviously did quite read what I wrote; from my point of view it looked intentional. Anyway, maybe the video will show a better point of view and show it was an accident. Anyway, wait and see

Just seen the other two posts:

An admin was on teamspeak with us at the time (combating the free weekend trolls) and we told him what we saw and agreed with us. On top of this every other time I've been involved in any accidental collisions with anyone I've always received a message after just saying "oh shit I fucked up," or something similar! anyway as I said from our point of view it was vdm, but if it was an accident so be it! just wait for the video to be uploaded which will perhaps show something I missed.

If it truly is an accident then EagleEye has nothing to worry about and will be unbanned as soon as the video is up :)  
 
I issued the ban, as reports were suggested to me that you vdm'd a police hellcat. Multiple officers reported this and I was promised a video proving it as I hate to issue bans unless I witness events first hand. I believe there are several perspectives so we will wait will those involved please upload the footage and can we keep the random comments to a minimum so we can sort this quickly.

Shots where fired at my chopper and at the point that we where out the area and i had the chance to write the message i was banned.

 I didn't saw you guys I was looking to the hill to see what the hunter was doing. 

Unfortunatly I don't have it on record. I stoped the record because we where waiting for about an hour at the donator shop with the clan. (it was for wilco with the clan base) after that I forgot to turn it on again.

Anyway I leave it to the admins.

I've got on problem with him being unbanned, The person that had it recorded hasn't uploaded it, it seems to be a mistake on both parts. He seems to be sorry if it was intentional or not; eitherway hopefully this can be sorted.

 
Unbanning now... no video uploaded.... from the comments sounds like it may have been a mistake i guess we will never know

All is good you know vdming will result in a ban and thats all good for me!
