Radio Upgrades!

When I say Radio Upgrades I don't mean a full revamp on the current radios that we own, I mean smaller addons such as a radio counter, this would be something that lets the user of the radio know how many people are currently on that specific radio frequency, this would make the Current radios a lot more realistic as it is possible to see how many people are connected to your frequency by using multiple methods one being a  Portable people meters (PPMs or Nielsen Meters), this would benefit everyone in the city and give people a lot less stress when talking about important things over the radio.  This could also benefit peoples RP situations as they would be a lot more discreet and would help others with there friends and Family's

The number of radio signals was bumped up from 1000, to 2000 a while back and it helped this a lot. By being smart about how you use the radio it won't really be a issue. Use the radio when it is needed instead of using it as a skype call. It also has a very limited range by default which makes it even harder for someone to infiltrate the radio. 

There are other ways of communicating. Groupchats, text messages etc which is way more secure. A radio is powerful but comes with a downside.  Which is currently pretty well balanced.
