I have a question, is this car radiocontrolled, or is someone inside?

We have seen this car several times, used by the cops or.....maybe admin.

It's the UGV stomper accessible only to the AR unit (police).

It's controlled using the same terminal as the AR-Darter (UAV terminal)

It can take passengers however it doesn't necessarily need someone in it. It's commonly used to roleplay as a bomb disposal robot.

hi this is me controlling that baby

i use it for spotting (it has a thermal camera on top of it)  and roleplay purposes

it also confuses people when they see it and we can all laugh about it as they panic
