Full Description:
So the r32 gets extremely dirty. and very quickly too (just a drive down the street and i need to use a wash cloth). I get pulled over so much because i have "tint" but this "tint" is actually just the dirt. My car is supposed to be white with no tint. (it looks a little better than default gta in the screenshot below, its because im using NVE right now)

Found this to be the same, So I ended up selling it. Took it out of parking, drove literally 20 feet to park in a space and it was dirty.
