Ok, so I started playing arma 3 and altis life just over a week ago, after playing for 2 days I was banned, I misclicked on spawn island and killed someone by accident. This was my fault and i'm not disputing that and I fully understand what I did wrong and why I was banned. I appealed the ban and was unbanned a few days later. I also took the time to re-read the rules in order to avoid another ban.
After playing for a further 2 days after my first ban, I was banned. Again. I was banned for a second time along with a friend who was banned for the same reason as me. My brother spoke to the admin who banned me and said friend and the reason he said we was banned was due to running into a greenzone whilst being chased by civil guard and attempting to lockpick a couple of cars (This is when we were having a laugh, I did it right infront of the civil guard with no intention to steal the car). Before running into the greenzone me, my friend and brother were all talking to the civil guard and having a laugh and a joke for a good 30 mins to an hour, couple of them we had spoken to prior to this incident. At no point was the civil guard trying to arrest me or whatever it is that the civil guard do. The admin said to go onto altis life and appeal, he said he'd have a look in 10 mins and push to get it looked at.....I was denied my ban appeal and as far as I'm aware im now permanently banned from altis life....in little under 2 weeks of having the game.
That was just the background to my story, in no way am I pushing to get unbanned out of the ban appeal paige, I simply want answers to a few questions. My questions are.
1-Since i'm denied a ban, am i actually permanently banned?
2-I've seen on some the admin will say "re-appeal in X days", they havent said that on mine, what does that mine?
3-If im not permanently banned, when do I re-appeal? (I don't want to spam the ban appeal and increase my ban)
