Question about A3 settings

Hi,

My PC specifications are ;

FX 8350

R9 280X

8GB DDR3

I am getting a SSD as well in the near future 

My question is can I get more FPS then 30?

My video settings on low or ultra are giving me the same FPS

Can I do anything to get more FPS, and will a SSD help with loading citys and stuff?

Kavala mode on, try using server 2 for fps when you can ( the more people connected the less fps you will usually get). Speak to @Unlucky George about an SSD, he fucking loves them...
