Description of what happened:
We robbed the service station outside the airport, when the police showed up and we had a shootout, we killed puppy1004. After just a few seks he respawns at the NPAS base, i chose to ignore him because i though he did it by mistake and would respawn someone else, but he then proccedes to restrain me without saying a word. 
 
Please note that he is also doing police duty not wearing titel.
What Rule Was Broken ?:

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Yes i asked him, he just told me he had been here longer than me.

Hello LizardMan,

First of all I would like to point out that you are wearing different clothing in the video and in the screenshot.

Secondly I died 1.1KM away, @CI Zinder popped most of you and wanted to pick me up so we could continue patrol.

Thirdly the reason that I tazed and then restrained you because you were walking inside a police base with an illegal gun.

Ill even be happy to show you the exact spot I died.

Hope this anwsers all the questions.

The guy in the video is not me, i didnt have shadowily running and had to ask a friend for a video.

2nd u did not die 1,1 km away. U were just in front of the service station which as u can see is only max 500m away.

Most of our guys were not dead, as u can clearly see in the video we were still mid gunfight when u tazed me.

And last of all tazing me without saying a word just because i have a gun out is bad rp

If u can please upload a video from your perspective so you actually have some decent background support.

I generally don't keep video's longer then 48H, I'll check when I get home.

 
Please @Lemmen and @Simen I don't want you risking a warning point for me. If only @Lizard Man and @Puppy1004 and the admin deciding about this would like to reply.

@Stee I wasn't participating in the same situation willingly, I am susposed to taze an armed guy running in a police station, or would you disagree?

For everyone:

Report A Player Rules

1. Reports are not up for discussion, Anyone posting in a report who is not the reporter or the person they have reported then your post will be deleted and a warning point given (Restricts you posting for 7 days)

2. You may only comment on a report about you if you have evidence that shows otherwise or if the person has failed to contact you on Teamspeak.

3. Do not lie on reports or edit videos to get people banned, this will lead to a ban against you.

4. Failure to follow the title and the template given above will lead to the report being rejected.

@Edgar Ville or @Reverend or @FriendlyFireGuy can you guys clean up this thread?

Okay, after searching for a video for over 2 hours now. I was unable to find one.

So let me get started here.

  • None of by your provided evidence shows where I died
  • You ran into a HQ with an illegal gun drawn
  • You broke roleplay by talking to your buddy to come and kill me
  • "Yeah, you have to report him dude." This sounds like Kha Zingo who wants me banned because he called me a prick in side chat once
  • Your "Tried to resolve a player" is also somewhat of, my exact words were: "I have been here way... way longer then you so don't tell me about the rules. I know all of them."
  • I saw you in my new life with an illegal firearm so I taze you like any officer would do, I was in no way involved in the shootout near the service station
  • The first thing that happened when we arrived at the station was getting shot upon, which is considered attempted RMD(no words spoken before you guys opened fire)
  • [PS] gang have been baiting and killing people with almost zero roleplay at all. @CI Zinder can back me up on this one, I guess
  • I tried contacting you on TS but your gang uses a different TS so this was impossible for  me.
  • You are the one breaking roleplay by typing this to me in the middle of a roleplaying situation.
  • If I remember correctly you kept saying:"Ow, you can't do this man, you can't do this man." and something fagely about reporting it to my superiours
  • At no point did you PM me on TS to ask me why I tazed you.
  • At no point was this experience with you a good experience do to your immature behaviour of ignoring me while I was trying to speak to you.
  • Did I miss something? Most likely.
If this thread could be locked so an admin can decide about it, then that would be nice.

@Edgar Ville can you lock this for pending review or perhaps @Vladic Ka

Doesnt that counter your own argument, and litterly there that's is enough evidence that you were within 1km oh where u died, You say "Arrived at the station" And we both know that the station is under 1km away from where u respawned. You know aswell as me that you were within 1km of where u died, and only restrained you because one of my guys shot you earlier.

You say that you tazed me because i had a weapon out, that would be the same as if i saw a truck drive from copper trader and just rondomly knocking him down because i know that he just made money. That is not okay some kind of vocal interaction has to be done before knocking/tazing someone.

Btw this has nothing to do with Kha zingo, he is a good friend of mine and was in that shootout but please do not involve him. I tried telling you that u broke NLR, and never ever mentioned using voice com that i would report you.

Btw you need Zin to back you up, lookup my video of the amazing roleplay Zin did :)


The PS gang have not been baiting and killing with no roleplay, we have plenty of footage of us robbing service stations and all we demand is a berret, but they denie and we end up in a shootout killing 5+ people.

The "I was in no way involved in the service station" was in my New Life.

Locking for now as all parties have presented their sides. If any more evidence is needed please ask one of the team to add it.

 
Not reading any of this extra, my job is to look at the evidence in the original report.

From the video (that features guest appearances from the chipmucks) i note the following points

00:01 - Death of puppy confirmed in the sidechat

00:25 - Puppy tazes banjo... banjo complains in teamspeak

00:51 - Banjo confirming again hes in NPAS HQ, Puppy removes his weapons

I have spoken to the Police who confirmed Puppy is not in NPAS, Therefore he has no reason to spawn there, if it was an accident then a respawn should of taken place instantly.

Therefore a ban will be issued on breach of NLR
