Public Carpark by the City Hall

Good afternoon all,

This a very quick suggestion: add a public carpark by the City Hall.

The City Hall is a place where serious but most relevantly long roleplay takes place. Due to this there is a high chance that your vehicle will depsawn (and thus impounded) while you are inside the building roleplaying or even worst stolen by someone taking advantage of your being inside the building.

I generally think that this is a reasonable ask that could have a siginifcant impact on the quality of life of those who spent a long time roleplaying at high standards within the City Hall.
