I just logged into the server expecting a happy new day doing my weekly salt run , I spend an hour mining and processing the salt.I sell the salt and expect to get 300k , instead i got 70k.. well , since that happened I didnt have enough money for what i was buying , what do u recommend me to do now ? Cocian? Iron? please help me !

And will the salt price be permanent?

If you press Y to bring up the in-game mobile and select 'market' it will show the current price of processes salt. 

This price will be reset to max every restart, however it will go down when more people sell the salt. More people selling=lower demand= lower prices.

Store the salt in your house/ truck and sell after restarts, or be in a huge rush to mine/process/sell at the start of every restart

It's Dynamic economy as @Samatlewiss says. 

It's been sold a lot of salt apparently. So the demand is low, witch means the price lowers.

But if you ask for advice, Mr Vlad will always suggest you to do some Cocaine. It's a gift to all of us here on Altis, and we need to appreciate and use the Cocaine!
It keeps you going while it earns you good money! Nothing bad with that drug!

Each time i store something in my truck it goes away after restart and i don't know how to store salt in my house , i do have a storage container , t dosent work on it.

Only legal Y/T menu items store in vehicles over restarts. No I item or illegal T item will stay. Ensure to 'sync data' using the Y menu frequently to safeguard your legal cargo.

I don't know much about houses as I've never really used them, however I am sure if you go into the building that you own and press T a menu should pop up displaying the T items in the house. Simply transfer from vehicle or vice Versa. Alternatively you may have to 'Windows key' and 'unlock storage' to access this. *as I have said I am not very well exeperienced with the housing system.

Please note houses aren't 100% reliable because they often despawned tens or allow multiple owners at once. I would alway suggest, if and where possible to sell items the same restart you gathered them.

to be able to access the house T inventory you first need to press windows key while looking at your house and click unlock house storage. Keep in mind that if the house storage is unlocked everybody has access to it! so don't forget to lock it afterwards again.
