Description of what happened : I pulled up to weed and these guys said get out you're trucks or you will be killed, I did not get out and drove away however my friend did not get away and was then shot. I got to a location where I could shoot them and started to do so, I did not manage to kill any of them and about 5 minutes later tried to flank them, they come up behind me shot once and told me to drop my weapon I did and complied fully however I started to heal and he said put you're hands up however I could not and said one moment however his friend decided to shoot me without giving me time to comply.
 
What Rule Was Broken ? : 3B) RDM - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting? : I really tried my best, he came into TeamSpeak and he said he shot because I might have had a side weapon however when I explained this could not be a excuse because you cannot assume some one is going to do something they might not he then tried to turn it around on me saying that "how did you know we killed / robbed you're friend" then I told him that my friend engaged and that I knew you killed him because I heard shots and there was radio silence and I also had the right to shot because they threatened me telling me to get out the truck therefore engaging a RP situation. He then said go take it to the admins I did nothing wrong.

Here we go, you just admitted braking the same rule yourself, as you drove off in the van and silently parked in the nearby town and started shooting at us. What Rule Was Broken ? : 3B) RDM - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban) and you did not comply fully, he told you to drop ur weapon, but u dropped it and then started pathcing urself up, he did not tell you to do that, as it was dark and my friend was panicking due to him only having a pistol and you having an AR, he told me to help him ASAP, as soon I saw you, I did not notice your dropped weapon ( cause it was night ) and you did not have your hands up ( you were using your first aid kit) so I pretty much had the right to shoot becouse you did not comply fully, Im not throwing out any excuses, if the dear admins feel the need to ban me, then please, go ahead. But the fact is you Mr.Reece should think what you did wrong aswell. If you guys would have just got out of your trucks, and dropped your weapons + not try to run away ( your friend did) and just play RP, then nothing like this would have happened. Gosh, we just told you this is a robbery get out of your trucks and give us your car keys or you will be killed. you did not do so.

If I get banned, think about Reece breaking the same rule in a even worse way aswell.

You started the roleplay by threatening me so I tried to kill you for that. You're friend re engaged the roleplay by telling me to drop my weapon (which I did) I then healed before he said put you're hands up and I said "one moment" because I cannot stop healing once started. Then you shot me 3 seconds later. You could have killed me however you needed to do roleplay for that however you gave me no roleplay other than put you're hands up. And all I wanted from you is to acknowledge what rule you broke and understand that you cannot do it again. However in this you state "You broke the same rule I did" so you do know you did something wrong. However you are now accusing me of breaking the same rule as you did, I am now going to tell you why I did not break any rules.
