Possible to whitelist pre "30day Steam ID"?

Hi, I had a friend over last night til the early hours watching me play Altis life, to the point he has just bought the game himself to come and join us...

However, he has never had a steam account and so has just now created one and registered his copy of Arma 3 to this ID. But, his account is less than 30 days old, which means (seeing from the Battlenet kicks) that he won't be able to join? 

Is there any way the admins could whitelist him somehow? Perhaps by proving he is real in Teamspeak or something like that? I can vouch for him, and he's really excited to get on board - this is exactly the type of game he's been looking for, and this 30-day wait will kill him haha!

Unfortantly that is not in our powers. However i would say talk to management. 
They can help you better then we can. The best person to talk to will be @TinyBigJacko 
Keep in mind he is busy. And its also holidays for him. So please be patient, If you are awaiting a response.
