Do i have to be accepted on forumns to join the teamspeak channel.Please as soon as possible

No, you can join the teamspeak server when ever mate. No requirements. Your be limited to some channels as a 'guest' if you then join the Police or NHS you will unlock more access around the teamspeak server its self.

You will need to apply if you want to join the Police, application is at the top of the page. Bare in mind this can take some time and patience will be key.
