Police update

I vote for Lord SanDisk as one of the rebel leaders, he is THE lord after all, but In all honesty great work guys! I will keep RP'ing to the max! ;)

about the 4 iFrits, I was the pilot in I-99 (air patrol/surveillance and support), and I was tailing you since your group was spotted south of Sophia. after less than 5min of tailing, one of your cars pulled over, and opened fire on us. That means LTL is a limited option for engagement. And from the moment I had you in sight, I never, NEVER, let you out of my sight.

Yes at one point you all split up and I tailed a single iFrit. But you all, for some reason, regrouped! Between the time the chase started and the time you were all detained or neutralised, your group on at least three different occasions, opened fire upon I-99. So for us, the operation never stopped and the Rules of Engagement didn't either.

I-98 was the Trojan task force that came in, but then departed to later return with Hunters in order to apprehend your group. Successfully.

In future, consider the following about driving an iFrit:

  • It is a vehicle typically used for bank robberies, sieges/takeovers and rebel escorts.
  • Drivers of iFrits, often destroy any object in their path. Including Police and Civilians found in towns.
  • Being in possession or association with one, is a crime. And thus subject to police action. That is the same as getting a bomb, and just not using it. We (the police) have to contain it before you do use it.

You should (and probably do), know that driving one is a massive red flag to police. Typically indicating something illegal is going to happen that will require a decent task force to stop (taking down 1 is tough, and only achievable by spike strips or hunters 9/10 times). And there was 4 of them, acting together. With 4 hunters and I-99 it took us a decent amount of time to detain/neutralise the group. Using any less resources would only of increased that time. Preventing any illegal operations/goals like a bank job before they happen, is Pro-active Teams primary objective. Trojan job is to respond to it once it does happen, and prevent it when possible.

If you want to take a drive in the country with illegal vehicles, do it away from the highway and cities. Otherwise you're simply asking to be intercepted by police. And if you're unlucky, it will be SCO19/Trojan, who have many means to do just that.
