Police RDM me or Not ? Comment Please (Video)

First of all ;
This is not reporting topic.I just want to understand clearly that "how can i react like these situation"

While my friend drive ,suddenly a cop started to chase us and we didnt stop and run with car for about 4-5 minutes...
Then my friend slow his speed and i eject to the bushes...
After a little running i turned to the cops and yell "DROP YOUR WEAPON" but get instantly shoot by cops who is ""PCSO:OSKAR""

now light me guys ;

1)Did police RDM me ? (Police will say "we warned you" but believe me they didnt...I mean while car chasing they could say that but i cant hear it normally)
2)Could i shoot police without any warning like "Drop You Weapon" ? (IN THIS SITUATION)
3)Or after 3-4 minutes chasing , i have to right shoot when engage to police ? (LIKE THEY DID)

We argued with officers in-game so if i am wrong then i am VERY SORRY for stealing their time.
Guys iam 30 year old and mature enough you know , iam not a TOXIC player i just understand clearly what is what...

It all depends on the situation. If the police were chasing you and then you came back round the corner with a gun all they did was used non lethal rubbers on you because you a threat to their lifes.

This video starts when i eject from car and run to bushes...Before that we were in cars and police was chasing us , thats all...

1)  You initiated on the officers by telling them to drop their weapons whilst you were pointing your own gun at them. It would be better if the officers replied with an initiation of their own, but I don't believe that it's RDM in this case.

2)No. Verbal initiation MUST be given before anyone shoots. You also can't shout from a vehicle, as it most likely can't be heard.

3) Police trying to pull you over is not an initiation on their part, thus you can't open fire on them before any compliance was issued. Police can open fire after 3 minutes on your TIRES, but they have to issue compliance ("stop the vehicle now or you will be fired upon!"). After that you are ofcourse able to fight back if you want.

Ok, I was the lead officer on this. We had tried to pull the car over due to it being over the speed limit, after it failed to stop we proceeded in chasing it. Just before the 3 min mark I had jumped out and issued compliance on the car, near the oil trader. A little way down at lakka the passenger decamped from the car and I proceeded to drop my 2 PCSO's off to get him. I wan't actually there, but the officers said to me that they had tried said 2/3 times for you to lower your weapon. 

And I don't know why you have posted this? Is this a stab at us? Back at the police station you broke RP plenty of times in voice. I had thought you were new, and my PCSO had told you in direct chat which you refused to listen to. 

Also I would advise against having music playing in the background. After some ARMA updates the direct chat distance has been reduced heavily and it is hard to hear people talking.

Looking at the video, at the beginning I heard them shout something, which would be along the lines of "stop running". And then you turn and look at them with a gun which to me, if I had a taser out, would shoot. If I had lethal s that would be something different.

If they were shouting at you to drop your weapon and you turn around and shoot them in this situation with out saying anything, it wouldn't be RDM just piss poor RP and possible bannable as no "quality" role play occurred.

As for shooting at cars, the moment sirens come on then 3 minutes has begun, in which the police after those 3 minutes can shoot at your TIRES to disable your car. It gives no right to kill you or the moment you get out you get shot. Now this depends on what happened before, if they saw you doing a crime and they have no chance of catching up then they can shoot your tires. Also you can't shoot cops without warning, sirens is not initiation.

When did that change? I remember when I was in the police so long ago, that if you directly hear another player threaten someone's life... (i.e. "I'm gonna kill you in 3.. 2.. 1..) that you could actually shoot without initiation.

It was actually mentioned when I was interviewed and tested when I did my original PCSO test.

Yes it will. It's about creating a more balanced and fair game. You will be put at a disadvantage when initiating on people, which is why good strategy and execution of your plan are essential. And numbers, more numbers is always an advantage.

Otherwise everyone would just kill everyone straight away and it'd all get a bit wastelandy.

when I first joined mate you could loot bodies, and things change all the time, I remember I was told to insta kill anyone in a 50cal offroad no initiation needed, I also got told that I could vdm ifrits with a hunter, which resulted in me getting banned, but it is allowed now, things change just got to roll with it.

Dont worry mate, I know you are doing this for information, but just as long as you know this, you have to actually speak to to someone before you shoot, mistakes happen, just speak to them most of the time it can be sorted easily.

You still have to initiate before shooting tires, even just a "stop"

Yeah I remember this too, I still have the document with it on it actually. It's stupid and it's completely wrong. However for those rules it MAY have been correct as RDM was only killing however now it's shooting.

Officers are always on TS. If you had come on there and asked me to talk about that happened I would have been happy too. I just think making this post is a little hostile to me and the 2 PCSO. You got caught. Maybe they acted a little fast, you had been warned earlier by me, and then by them. We had no idea why you refused to stop for our car, when you jumped out by the elephant grass I though you were going to use it as bullet proof cover to kill me and my officers.

At the end of the day, both sides have made a few errors. My PCSO's may have been a bit excessive, but you were seen as a threat, and your pal PIP kept jumping around and even repaired his car while restrained.

in the video in questions you cant tell just off that, but if that is legitimately all that happened, the PCSO would of shot you regardless of what you said, as he was firing literally instantly after you started talking, but like I said people make mistakes PCSO's are still learning.
