Full Description:
The Police PNC appears to show that certain profiles have no vehicles, however when searching a plate of a vehicle, it comes back to the profile of the person that apparently has no vehicles.

Happy to provide the name/vehicle in a ticket due to IC details possibly being metagamed.

After looking into this, the vehicle in question was scrapped so this is intended behaviour.
