You mean like a negotiator at a bank job? Whose job is irrelevant if charges are placed before negotiations can begin.

 
like i keep saying both sides are as bad as each other but you dont see me putting up videos of police drowning themselves rather than role play or a cop refusing to surrender to 15 armed guys and not valuing his life, like i said neither side is perfect

No one is perfect, We both have are differences and we both need polishing. It has been a shit time for both parties recently and in my eyes we are both heading in the wrong direction. But with that said i don't think the forum is the place to sort this out. we need to sit down and  talk like adults and not go with the way i see this post going!

To be honest i sick to the teeth with the UNMC, and the bare minimum of RP i have been getting of them, but i am sure you guys feel the same about us, neither parties want to RP with each other but just either kill or ignore each other. this does not mean i don't think there should at least be a compromise, talking can't make things worst than they already are.

I will ask kindly because i don't like drama, can we please not fight and bitch on the forums, and just play the Fucking game! and sort this out face to face on TS! - Thank you <3

i agree i posted this topic for a reasonable debate but i guess i was asking to much from an adult community please lock it admins

With all due respect how is a self described rant entitled "police need to get a grip" considered a reasonable debate?
