and i don't think that the rebels understand spending the best part of a restart doing nothing but hostage ops often (but not all the time) with the minimal RP of "gives us x amount of money or he dies" gets old extremely fast and it gets increasingly difficult to have some nice RP (that we are all here for at the end of the day)
Mmm conduct your assessments and tests on the training server. And its not only our RP i have seen many cops with the most senseless RP as a higher ranked officer. This a double edged sword. I know some rebels dont display the best RP ever but as i said its a double edged sword. When some police officers display bad RP a gang reacts to it by taking hostages and doing bank jobs or slaughtering cops.
Just because you are a rebel doesn't mean you have to be kitted out all the time does it? Please remember, it is the rebels who undertake the illegal acts, you all know the risk it entails. I, once again, present the idea of not robbing the treasury, instead be creative and think of ways that would let the government give you the gold. Equally, get creative with how you do the drug runs. There are plenty of stories that can be told which change the word drug to something else. Use your imaginations and let the RP do the talking for you.
Would love to conduct tests on the training server.....unfortunately we evaluate how the PCSO's conduct themselves in live scenarios with active radios and such. What's the point in sheltering them from the real RP scenario's so they can't learn from it? You state that some Police give 'senseless RP' but tell us to train the recruits away from the place they can learn to give good RP.
If this is the case why are you complaining about getting attacked while conducting them. They should now what to do when theyre in danger aswell. And also based on my logic if i give my name whilst getting interrogated i always end up prison anyways regardless how good my RP is.

I would be a pretty shitty rebel if I ran around with a water pistol wouldn't I? And we ALWAYS try to make up some crazy RP situation. But you know... some police don't like the old RPing thing, they'd rather just shoot you with a tazer or rubber bullet and ask questions later. Not all but some.
Actually most cops try and shoot as little as possible, we all know about these very large rebel gangs with their very big guns are around, the last thing we would want to do is get in a gunfight against you when there is 2/3 of us.
Me and Papa Hedge were exchanging opinions and pointing out the facts like adults. But you came in and started bragging about bitching and fighting. Some times it is really hard to understand people. It really is.
Indeed it is true that they should know what to do when in danger, my point, although I made a complete balls-up of clarifying it, is that it was happening so often that it began to hinder the process. If all the new guys to the Police see is hostage and treasury ops, it takes away the valuable experience gained when dealing with other situations. As you can see, a viscous circle is forming.
Again, just because you're a rebel doesn't mean you have to armed to the teeth and fully geared. For example, as a rebel you are essentially rebelling against the governing of the island. One way to rebel could be to promote a political revolution. Run for the Mayorship, gather supporters and followers to give weight to your cause and overturn the government in that manner. No gun needed.
