police - allowed or not?

i robbed a bank and no police showed up i ran to my heli for my get away to find the police finally showing up but instead of them landing and telling me to stop or by chasing they landed on top of my heli to disable it no words spoken and when asked about it they ignored it all together? is that allowed? i have video if needed

they can hover above your vehicle, in order stop you flying of. 
but if they disable it by touching it, it will be classed as VDM

alright cool i was just in mid take off (in air about 5m off the ground) and they flew above me and hit my blades so they broke

Sounds like it could have been an accident, did you try talking to the guys involved?

It's like crashing into another car whilst driving along a road, these things happen sometimes.

yeah i tried to talk to them but was ignored because it was near server restart the roleplay/speaking was cut short to the point where they just wanted my name and nothing else then once i gave my name i  got stuck in jail they wouldn't respond to anything i had to say lol :/ a bit sad cause i enjoy the roleplay side of trying to get out of things but i guess thats how it goes sometimes

Hi, since I was the pilot I though I will through in my 2 cents. When I was above you, you only just finished spooling up your engine and when you lifted off the ground I was at a constant altitude so hence you climbed unto my heli.

nah that's completely fine man i'm new to role-play servers and just bringing this up cause i wasn't sure if it was allowed or not no hard feelings at all its just a game at the end of the day we're all here to have a bit of fun, still a lot to learn on this server, this was my point of view: (top flying btw. i would of smashed right into the floor trying to do that lol!"

I do agree it could've been handled differently, as I was onboard the helicopter and told other officers myself that it wasn't exactly okay. However, please note that it wasn't done with an intent of VDM or disabling your helicopter.

From our standpoint, you were fleeing a bank robbery while your friend was waiting for you in a green zone (be careful about this). With that in mind, you were not punished harshly due to our actions and incoming server restart, If you have any issues feel free to contact me. I hope I've cleared this out for you.

yeah i didn't realise we was close to a green zone now thinking about it, silly idea but thanks for clearing it all up hope next time we can make things a little cleaner
