Police activity at illegal jobs

Hello fellow role-players,

This afternoon I came up with a question regarding police activity.
After the restart of 4PM today me and my friends decided to sell our processed cocaine at the drug dealer in Kavala. When we came there 12 officers where patiently waiting for us to arrive, so we decided to get the hell out of there.

When I asked: "How long are cops allowed to camp at a spot?" I received the answer: "15 minutes."
So me and my friends came back sometime later but the cops where still there. So with no other option then to store the drugs in our base we continued to farm. In conclusion the police was there 45-60 minutes. Now I'd like to know, when are cops allowed to stay longer and how long are they allowed to stay?

In my opinion the game-play experience was heavily decreased by the above mentioned situation.

Cops are not allowed to stay for no longer than 15mins however they can go away and then come back after a said time period.

What is that said time period? Because the cops did not leave in those 45/60 minutes. We checked the spot about every 10 minutes.

 
Feds areen't allowed to hang around for more than 15 minutes, as Freddie said. However, if there is a active situation - a hostage taking, gunfight or a drug bust - officers are allowed to hang around until they are finished. By the sounds of it, with there being 12 officers on scene, there probably was some sort of operation, as it would be extremely ineffective for half the force to hang around one of the many illegal activities. I believe the interval or retuning is 30 minutes, though dont quote me about that. Check they handbook, which can be found readily, for a precise answer.

If you do feel like the cops weren't in a situation, and were in the wrong, you can always submit a PCC which will be dealt with by command.

Then they shouldn’t be doing that. If you find there names you might want to deal with them respectively.

Alright. I wont be filing a complaint or anything like that. It's just that in my opinion we couldn't do anything because of said activity. 

Also I'm sure that they did not leave the location for said interval.

  As Ive said, they may of been in a situation. It's best just to store it or sell it elsewhere. Or risk it if you're feeling ballsy

 
It could be that the cops in question were actually dealing with an ongoing situation and that’s why they stayed so long.

its only camping if they are sat there simply waiting for people to come. They can stay as long as necessary if dealing with a situation. 

 
I was over at that drug dealer earlier today selling some marijuana and the police came, lucky for me the [A] gang came and starting to talk to the police and the police started talking to them and forgot about me so I just sold everything when they were talking so they couldn't charge me for anything.

I don't know if they were waiting for me to come back (I don't think they saw me sell it so I guess they just thought I was driving away to protect myself from the gang.) Not sure if this has anything to do with your situation.

less always better then none, either store and have patience or sell for less.

or you just put you'r rebel license to use with your friends and ask the officers to respectively go fuck them selfs.

i like the last option.
