Description of what happened:heard gun shot next to the garage while i was walking to take my car out of the garage, went to the construction site and see a dead body and a guy with a gun i approach the scene and see him run behind the fence, note he is wanted by the bounty hunters (ME) I didn't know it was the guy i was after and i ask him to put his hands up or i will shoot, again the weapon is a rubber bullet and is not lethal, suddenly he runs behind the fence and then unloads at me without any roleplay I ask him to hop onto teamspeak and he tells me to piss of and doesn't care if i report him. also started to loot my dead body. also didn't talk and seemed like he didn't have a microphone

[SIZE=medium]3B)[/SIZE][SIZE=medium] RDM - Random Death Match Definition:[/SIZE]
Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I tried by asking him to go on teamspeak but told me to piss of
