Couldnot find elixar ingame or TS.

Earlier on him and a few others randomly knocked me out (I had a 300k sidechat bounty on me) and restrained me... he then took me to PLF base and while going there he broke RP so many times... so many that I had to use chat for the whole journey because he wouldn't RP... I will provide some footage if needed...

I personally think he's the worse RPer in PLF.

EDIT: I never knew I was still escorting that guy so I think it's a bit unfair to report him, he was invisible for me. I did ignore him for that.

Can i just add that Bart has been afk from the game for a very long time and has only just rejoined this server, his first comment on ts was " feels like iv never played this game before" We all break RP especially new players, im sure many rules have changed since he last played. But lets all be honest here we could all do with some work on our RP huh? I broke RP the other day Puppy when my mic wasnt working, im not up here? Bart would of been in PLF ts to contact, from one ifirit driver to another, let PLF work with Bart to improve his RP and put this to rest. On a side note there was also metagming here from the officers :)

I understand hes been away for a long time, not aware of the new rules. Dont want to see him banned, perhaps an official warning should be good? We were in the same gang once, but he needs to know that this is not okay.

 
Nice meta gaming ross, might aswell add that to the report, as people have been banned for uploading videos of them self metagaming on ts   :)

Simple word in Kris's or Grannez's ear would of sufficed, I played out of roleplay the other day too, wheres my video :p ?

Oh yeah when PC Ross was taken hostage I actually tried to negotiate with Bart. We came down to a 100k and he agreed to that, but when I texted him about arranging a pick-up for Ross he actually just killed him out of the blue. (He even texted that he killed him) Kind of weird.

I had to disconnect, that was my fault.

IF PC Ross had never respawned immediately after dying he would never have arrested those guys in the first place. Please CHeck the logs on this one admin. I was arrested by him just for being a bystander. [TI] Paul was also immediately arrested for just getting out of his Hemmitt Box without any RP. He also quotes " attempted murder" however it was successful murder in my eyes.

All of the ALtis police force are usually fantastic and I have some great RP fun with them using my classic line " im diabetic I need a shot". However  PCSO Ross is the worst ingame police officer I have seen to date.

Someone is butthurt.

For a start, using a civ as a hostage... I was escorting a civ and became underfire... I couldn't unescort in time...

I respawned there due to RDM, no NLR applies. 

I hit the wrong key with paul and wrote it in chat right away.

You were trolling and put in the car so you would shut up, you were doing my head in.

I'd also like to see this metagaming, what time in the video :) ?

EDIT: I've been told by Grannez that saying "PLF Bart is still here" is metagaming. This is not in my opinion as it was never used in RP or effected anything. It was merely used in our conversation about who disconnected.

What i seen was me and Dean pulled up in a hemmit and Andrej stored it (it was his hemmit) Ross shouted everyone get on the floor but i just stood there watching so Ross had every right to restrain me and then i see Ross escort someone to his car to put them in then some random called Marcus i think ran upto this gun just laying on the floor and he picked it up and shot Ross so he wasn't really using that guy as a shield. I've known Ross for like 3 or 4 months now and i love RPin with the scottish little sod and he is a very good RPer.
