I had already started and almost taken off my chopper when he comes up and tells me hands up whilst I am flying(already TERRIBLE RP). I then move a few mm above the ground, as a helicopter naturally does & I tell him I am powering it down, when he just opens fire on me before I am even given the chance to slow it down, he doesn't aim for the engine or anything. Just shoots. You can also hear them go 3,2[Oh wait it never got to 1 because I have been shot at and I am now dead...] He then proceeds to scrap the Orca(Although I have no evidence except it not being in my garage.) I did put in OOC to come to support but he never came, which I would say is trying to Resolve it.

Also Rule 4.2 was broken, and this can be seen in the recording provided by Erikc at just after 00:54 (Here is link :https://plays.tv/video/5aa582f8cd34039b80/1-)

To start of with, a helicopter does not take of like that if you turn the engine off or hold "Z" for descend. 

Secondly you broke rule (2.8) typing in OCC that you were going to report me.

I understand your side of the argument and I can see how you may find this 'terrible RP' unfair however, from our perspective you tried to get away: we told you to get out and even though you said you were slowing it down you could have simply hopped out of the chopper rather than continuing to spin it up and move it forward slightly, even if your intention was to move it and get out.

We can see you, to breaking that rule as all I did was inform you of what i was going to do after I asked you to come to TS and you didn't. You continued to discuss this to. However, I read rule 2.8 as it being in game, RP wise and not in OOC. In the way I read it, it meant do not break RP, which I didn't as I did it on OOC.

"Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members."  I shall highlight this. I informed you because I tried to resolve on TS and you never came, maybe I didn't make it clear enough but you never corrected me after I thought I did so...

I was going to slow the engine after it had reached its full speed, and that also does not explain the lethal shots first, you should aim for the rotor or engine or something, not me.

It automatically did that, and I would also like to add meta gaming to the report as you can hear in the Plays.tv demo it being said "He is part of The Salty ponies" which there is no way of you knowing without Metagaming...
