Pleae unban me i got randomly banned for no reason? :( (Denied)

DATE HAPPENED: Wednesday night 22nd October (not sure what time)

WHAT I DID WRONG: nothing... apparently "hacking" but I wasnt

WHAT HAPPENED: someone shot me and stole my truck and when the police gave it me back I started driving out of kavela and randomly a message pops u saying "battleye admin" ban saying I was hacking?!?!? please un ban me I've never hacked and never thought of hacking because I like to play games fairly. This is the only good altis life server ive ever liked and thought it seems good but for some unexplained reason ive been banned for "apparently" hacking. Please help and explain to me why this has happened. :'(

Please give us your GUID, i think i remember your ban and it was because everyone got kicked by a hacker except you so we misjudged the situation at the time as the hacker turned out to be some russian.

Will double check that once i have your details.
