Player UID

Is it possible to sync my player UID from another computer to the one I am currently on? I have switched computers and I do not want to lose my progress that I have made on the server. Anyone have any help or suggestions?

You player UID is saved into steam not the computer your profile will be the same on every computer you play on using that steam account.
