Name of the person you are reporting (in-game name): [SU] Hue kant / [SU] aplexity
Time & Date this happened: between 21:30-23:00 - 20/08/15
Which Server did this happen on: server 2
Description of what happened: for the whole duration of the time that i specified the two suspect where killing people left right and center in the green zone in kavala with the aplexity guy stealing cars and killing the person whos car it was in the green zone and the other guy hue kant shooting with a rifle from a distance just picking people off and killing them randomly, i got killed walking to the cash machine, they ignored the fact i called them into teamspeak saying "they didnt care and i cant do nothing about it" i contacted the rebal group knowing that one of them had been killed and called them to teamspeak about to, then they came upto me telling me i couldnt do anything about them killing people in the green zone and shot me and stole my car and just laughed about it. to the state i quit the server out of rage of getting killed and nothing being done. the fact neither of them were roleplayer saying that reporting them would do nothing. also they would leave the server after a few kills so there were constant messages of them leaving and killing and so forth.
What Rule Was Broken ?:1C) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and punished by a ban...........
3A) VDM - Vehicle Death Match Definition:

3E) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice
6A) You are unable to kill anyone in a green zone (Punishment is a ban)
6C) Weapons must be holstered inside green and blue zones at all times.
6E) You are unable to steal vehicles in a green or blue zone (Punishment is a ban)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: yes i tried to get the people into teamspeak and followed them in game and used the text chat e.g "//you cant do that so on so on" to speak to them without breaking rp.
