By allowing the full customisation sliders that you normal get on GTA online giving access to more detailed customisation and allowing people to switch up their looks. This store would obviously be expensive rather paying for each individual change or a bulk purchase to make as much change as you want in that purchase. Around about the price point of £250.000 The extreme price is mostly due to that people can fool the police by not looking like their old PNC photos.
