Can someone explain to me how to get a RPG in Altislife??

Wilco just give me a perm ban for it.
i didn't have one on me i have even no idea to get one in Altis Life.
In my statement i mean with (RPG) RP.
 
By the way RPG stands for Roll Playing Game and not for the big tube that shoots rockets.

RDM = Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times.

I shot a cop named SNAKE.

He is a friend of mine and we were together talking on Teamspeak.
While rpg I mentioned that I wanted to rob him but he did not respond.
Then I shot him.(may be to quick  ^_^   i admit that)
I did not take his things and set down in a building nearby.
Then was I arrested by another cop and he threw me in jail after a discussion i had with him.(RPG)
After 10 seconds into the jail I got a Battleye server Ban (RPG).
My friend SNAKE also did not understand why I got a ban.
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance:

I do not understand why i was banned from the server after i was put to jail.
I now that is shot my friend SNAKE to fast put we had a good discussion over it and he was ok with it.
For the next time i will do better RPG before i shoot someone.

Pizzaking shot my that day, in the back without roleplay (thats what he mean with RPG). He broke this rule and I later explained to him that this is not the way to play on our servers. He sorry for that, admitted this and would'nt do it again. I took him on a little lesson RPing on Altislife.co.uk

His previous unban topic was really confusing everbody since he trying to explain the accident, by a lack of knowledge about this gaming terms, he used the word RPG what was standing for Role Playing Game. We normally say RPing, like RolePlaying.

With the use of the word RPG he arouses that he had an RPG: Rocket Propelled Grenade, like a RPG-7 in his hand. This is not true.

I think there are no RPGs in the game either. He shot me with a handgun, 4-five and not an RPG.

This ban seems not fair to me, he broke 1 rule accidentally and didn't mean that at all.

Is there some way to consider this ban if it is really justified and fair?

Actually Wilco confirmed this guy spawned an RPG therefore issued a perm ban.
