So it's happened to me Before with that internet supplier  and previous one I can't find the issue and I tried to restart the router and even to reset and it's the same

and I say again that issue appeared  long time ago and came back around 2 days ago

P.s. Sorry for lake of information I have no idea if it's an issue in my PC (E.g Broken NIC, undetected virus) or it's issue with my router) because I spoke to the internet supplier technician and they didn't found an issue ) should i call them to come my home or how i can find what the issue (if there is an issue or it's just poor internet ) even that i useually have very stable and good connection!

So have no much information to give hope maybe someone can help me

Maybe @Zeito @lionel

Open a command prompt window and ping a host like google.com and let it run to get an average of the round-trip ping time.

>ping -t google.com

after it runs a while press ctrl+c to stop it and it'll display the average. For example my average is around 28ms on that round trip.

If your ping is high, like abnormally high > 150-200ms then there's something intriducing latency along the way, you can use the tracert command to show you the path it takes, and latency along the way.

You can also use an ISP service called Looking Glass to perform network tests, your ISP might make its Looking Glass available to the public like Cogent does:

http://www.cogentco.com/en/network/looking-glass

if you enter your IP in this site (www.whatismyip.com) and choose Test= IPV4 Ping, and then choose a router location in the UK (where RPUK servers are) you can see if the ping from the UK to your Router (not your pc) is delayed, helping you eliminate or narrow down your PC, Connection, etc. as the cause.

lol 3000 ms Is Abnormal right xD

Should I call the ISP?

or do any other diagnosis?

Get your public IP and do a pingtest from the Cogent Communications site above to your public ip. an avg os 2029 above is crazy.

although quite often routers default setting is to block ping :/

Wireless
Try plugging a network cable in at least to test if that is where the problem lies.

If it is, you can also go for a ethernet over power solution although still not as good as a cable, it is better than wireless.

Will do so ASAP

Was just thin king on this, Alot of ISP's wont even diagnose your line if your on wireless either.

My gaming computer is connected to the internet via both wireless and 'PowerLAN', because it's upstairs and I really can't be bothered rewiring the house when I'm not going to be there for much longer :p

It does work wonders though. My internet stability has not only improved, but it's also a bit faster. I've had occasions were the wireless signal has failed, and I've not noticed because of the PowerLAN.

Because I'm not the only person in my house, and there have been occasions where the plug downstairs has been accidentally switched off.

Also, and this is probably the main reason, I never took my wireless card out of my computer so it connects automatically. Who am I to deny that love?

Well windows 10 networking metrics is a fucking bitch ass pain in the ass to deal with, yes as you get less packet loss on wireless it "should" prioritise traffic via the power adaptor, but would not trust it to do so continuously.

This all stems from a couple of weeks hurting my head configuring a custom Pi Squid server :( NEVER AGAIN

p.s. a Hammer can fix that being a issue.
