Summary: pick locking doors not working

Full Description:
when i pick locked a door it gave me the notifications that i done it but the door was still locked, this happened to me last night and now someone else has mentioned the same thing happening.
it was done on the lost compound and tavern with a basic lock pick. when you attempt to do it again it say someone is using the door. Not sure if its a bug or because of the basic tools used. I have no footage sorry.
