Phone Dribble bug

Not sure if this was already reported before. 

If you have your flashlight out and you open your camera app, the character get on a indecisive state and doesn't know what to do.

I check for some console errors, but nothing. You can get out of this bug by just pressing backspace to exit the camera mode.
Unsure if this happens with other weapons.

Steps to reproduce this:
- Get flashlight out
- open your phone
- open the camera option
