phone casino/gambleing app

would it be possible to get some kind of phone gambleing app ?

have it setup where you need to go to the casino and buy credit for the app, and convert the app winnings into your bank

have it set so that if you exclude yourself from the casino you cannot use the app

it could have some basic things on it like mobile slots or if anyother have some interesting sugestions for mobile gambleing

Someone diden't read all I said in order to get money on the app to spend you'll need to go to the casino and buy credit for the app so you'll have to go to the casino still in the first place
