Name of the person you are reporting (in-game name): Petersson [AEGIS]

Time & Date this happened: 14/1/2015 late at night

Description of what happened: I just left Kavala HQ with my fellow officer JohnJoeegan and all of a sudden we where taking shots from Kavala Castle, luckly we had I-99 in the air ( Hellcat ) and we told him to look at castle and he saw 1 person there.

Me and johnjoeegan went to kavala castle and our chooper reported the shooter comming down from the castle and we saw him and confronted the shooter and as i asked him if we could look in his backpack also told him my reasons for it he decided to run off. i chased him i told him to stop if he refused i would use lethal force he did not comply i shot him and afterwards revived him and put him in cuffs took him to HQ.

His roleplay reason was i was on a covert op mission and if i got caught i would be killed.

Out of RP i wrote in chat what he did was attempted RDM wich he did not seem to care and he admitted he did it as in the shown screenshots below.

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:No as stated above he did not seem to care what he was doing.

I'd like to hear more about police killing, reviving and then arresting someone. From what I've been told as the Head of the NHS, police may revive only when no medics are online, and only other cops. 

If this has changed I would like to know. 

 
Well medics where not online as i could revive about the latter that we are only allowed to revive cops has not been past down so don't know but non the less where getting away from the main subject.

So if you have nothing to contribute on the matter at hand then please don't post in here this is not the place to discuss this.

This is a load of crap. I did NOT try to RDM any of the officers, I simpy placed a few shots in the wall aprox 5 meters away from the officers as to pin them down/Confuse them for a few seconds so that the people selling drugs would have a chance to escape. If in fact I would have hit and killed an officer it would have been an accidental RDM. But I made VERY sure as not to hit anywhere closer than 4-5 meters of the officers. 

I know the rules and would never risk a ban to RDM anyone. 

Attempted RDM=Trying to RDM someone.

I did not try to Kill anyone therefore I fail to see how this is an attempted RDM.

I am Waiting for Johnjoeegan to post his Video. Cause you already started to shoot at us while we where in the car driving towards the drug dealer hitting our car multiple times and even at the drug dealer you continued to fire at us.

 
Alright ill post the video Now, but it is still uploading / Processing. I would like to point out that i don't want any involvement in this report i am just supplying evidence for genesis because he does not have the ability to record at the current time. i would also like to apologize for the hot mic'ing in the video :) Also sorry for the constant command menu popping up my push to talk key is "7"

Here is my problem and i will explain it to you .

You started shooting at us without any RP what so ever even before we arrived at the drug dealer and you still continued to shoot at us.

your reason was to pin us down so the people at the drug dealer could escape.

The fact that you FAILED to start any kind of RP with us is the problem.

Killing someone without any RP = RDM

so you shooting at us without starting any RP = Attempted RDM.

You also forget even though you say you shot the bullets 4 to 5 meters away from us some where hitting closer then you think some even hit me bullets do ricochet in this game and you could have killed us with any of those random bullets.

Okay i've studied to video closely and have some observations.

1. No bullet impact was ever shown in the video from what i could see. Correct me if im wrong.

2. At no point did any officer call out that they've been hit, Which I think would definetly be the case if in fact any of the bullets hit anyone (So I believe you might be lying about getting hit, not cool buddy)

If an admin says my interpretation of the RDM/Attempted RDM rule is wrong then I wish he/she would kindly tell me and give me some pointers. I would certainly listen as I do not wish to break the server rules.

I believe the question here is my intent. And I can 100% surely say that my intent was not to kill or even injure any of the officer present.

I do realize this wasnt the greatest RP tho and I do apologize for that. I was very sleep deprived at the time. But I cant see how you would want me banned for this little conflict of interpretation of the attempted RDM rule. Most importantly noone got hurt (except me hehe) and you managed to arrest me (May I add I never fired back upon you when you where engaging me with lethals on close range, As i didnt want to harm any officers) And you wish to ban me ontop of that?

Edit; May I add that the bullets were certainly not random, as i placed them in strategic locations as to confuse you and keep you guessing where they were coming from (didnt know you had a chopper in the air you see)

I dont see your reasoning my friend.

reason i did not call out i got hit was damage was minor easy patch up with med kit and i was as good as new. bulletproof vest protected me for allot of it i guess.
Bullet impact on what to be exact the car or the person ?? i was not the one recording the incident.

Reason for me reporting is simple as a cop we get this sort of RP on a daily basis and we are not enjoying this kind of RP at all.

Cause 1 simple reason there is no RP involved at all, i even asked a few higher ups in the force as well as an admin and they gave me there opinion on this matter if it was not classed as attempted RDM i would not even have posted it.

Also like to add that in the screenshots at that point you did not seem to care what you did wrong that was another reason for me to post it here..

Okay, Heres what happened according to my story and your evidence, I fired about 5 shots within 4-5 meters of your position. Not killing anyone, not harming anyone.

If I did break the rules I must have missunderstood them quite severely. And I dont think I did. But Im only human and I might be mistaken. And IF so I sincerely apologize and promise never to repeat these kind of actions.

I can tell you this much we where shot at more then 5 times as you claim unless you had a second person somewhere that we did not know about or saw( even with the chopper in the air ) cause we had allot of shots coming from the castle... Or its possible that you did not know that a extra person was there with you somewhere

 
It's certainly possible but to my knowledge I was the only one at the castle at the time.
