Description of what happened:
I was shopping in the donator shop when i had been killed with a single headshot.
Note when u buy a weapon in the donator shop it comes without a magazine. He bought a weapon, reloaded it, and shot me in the head.
 
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: Kill in green zone, RDM
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes i tried, after he killed me i waited for a short period of time he didn't write anything, like asking for forgiveness or whatever. I asked him WTF was this and he said it was "missclick". Knowing u need to aim at the head with a silenced pistol to have a 1 shot kill, and u need to close the shop menu, then reload the gun before u shoot, i doubt it was an accident. I told him if he feel sorry about it then compensate me and he just laughed at it telling me that my buddy took my weapon so there is nothing to compensate and i should just stfu.

Story 99% incorrect. First of all, he told me that was a missclick and he was trying to access the store while you were standing infront of him. He let exactly one bullet out and it killed you. Second of all, he was not using a silenced pistol but either a zubr or a MX, both could onehit you with a bullet anywhere as you had no vest, this isn't call of duty. Third of all, we did offer to compensate your backpack, clothing and mags 3 times but you never said anything apart from "give me 100k or i wont believe it was missclick". Your friend picked up the gun for you. If you weren't being a dick and didn't spam the sidechat with your whine I would have personally comped u 120k. I decided not to after you started insulting us in the sidechat. Fourth of all, why would we purposely attack you? We never played with you before nor saw you before, why are you saying that it was not a mistakes? Mistakes do happen and everyone could let a bullet slip by missclick. I am writing this on behalf of PeterElite.

First of all, who cares what u say, that he told to u? Is this proof or what? I stated he told us it was a missclick (while laughing at it).

Second of all, there is an image, are u blind? He has a silenced five-seven and he has no gun on his back. How the f*ck can u write such thing as "he was not using a silenced pistol but either a zubr or a MX" - Zubr or an MX? are u serious? so basically u can not tell if it was a pistol or an automatic rifle but u are so sure its not a silenced handgun while i have an image just after the kill, with him still pointing at me with a silenced pistol. Are u serious?

Third of all, he did not offer me shit, they were laughing, it was pretty humiliating so i wanted a report i said compensate 100 000 becouse if u are willing to pay that i believe u are sorry about it. U say i was being a dick and i was insulting from my perspective its the opposite,  he did kill me, said nothing, i asked for compensate and they started insulting. I would have personally accept a comp of 30 K  but they did not show any sign of regret, instead they were insulting and laughing.

Fourth of all, as far as i know the kurds like to execute us while sitting in a zamak. U did see me before iam quite sure of that. U are right, mistakes do happen, and i did not have to be a dick about this, only problem is instead of seeing him regretting and asking for forgiveness he laughed into my dead face, wrote nothing, then when i said to compensate me if it was really missclick he started bullshitting he did not say 100 000 is too much he just simply didn't want to pay at all.

 
as kotmindzer said your friends picked up your gun and we told you we componsate you for other stuff but you and your friends crying and insulting us and saying that kurd gang rdming and those kiddy scripts on sidechat you got killed in greenzone because he missclick and you got killed by him he didnt have that money to componsate you if you want now i will comp you for you bag and mags you lost . i have apologize to admins if this happened , everyone make a mistake and it was missclick .

 
I am writing on behalf of peterelite again.

Whatever weapon it was, it does not matter. I said ZUBR or MX as he usually goes around with those two weapons.

What matters though that you are 1-hit killed by basically anything and he let out only 1 bullet while accessing the store, as you can see on the screenshot. Your body is right infront of where he was aiming, also in the location where you have to scroll to access the store. We do not know you and as a gang we never RDM.

You and your friends are the ones who started insulting us. PeterElite never laughed or anything, his microphone was actually muted for 90% of the time for some reason, only thing we know is that he said that it was a missclick while accessing the store.

Your story also says that he bought a gun, reloaded it and then shot, which is not true, as he had a gun out already.

TL;DR, get video evidence.

 
Killing in a green zone is a clear violation of rules. and he has provided you with evidence that you killed him in a green zone. which that screen shot provides enough evidence for.

 
He did or if he didnt u guys around him were laughing I personally believed it was not accident but to be honest i dont even care i was banned  already for smaller mistake and as i said that time i wont swallow any shit from now on.  If u  are in the green zone  u must HOLSTER ur weapon but if not he could just lower the sights with double ctrl so something like this could not happen. This was not the case.
It does matter the weapon since i heard the silence sound since we have screenshot it was a silenced pistol who dare u to come here by being not peterelit and talking shit that he had MX or Zubr? U did not even hear the shot who do u think yourself? U take the right to come here and talk shit about a topic u dont know about? its hilarious u should not write here at all. The weapon does matter becouse i strongly believe it must have been a headshot.

U dont get this do u? If this is an acceptable "mistake" Then anyone could "missclick" the players they dont like. U guys were insulting me instead of asking for forgiveness i dont care about the 6000 dollar bag and magz are u  serious? If this is how it works i would RDM u when i see you give back ur weapon and pay u  6000 for the bag and the clothes. Becouse that's all what i need to pay if i execute someone in green zone right? This is ur reasoning.

 
NO ONE was laughing. Where are you getting this information from? You were dead, how can you even know? Can't hear voices in death screen. 

Who I am? A person who was at the event when it happened, a friend of PeterElite, member of the gang we are in and as I said twice before, I am writing on behalf of him because he has no forum account.

Now, as we are playing in an adult community, I would strongly appreciate it if you could use a slightly bit more professional language.

Moving on, the weapon does not matter for the last time, a .45 acp will one-shot you anywhere if you do not have a vest, the silencer has got nothing to do with that. In addition to that, you can see that he was being idle in the same location he was while trying to access the shop and his gun is pointed at your chest/stomach. Just because you "believe" something it does not mean that it's true.

Your bottom example of RDMing anyone you want to is not correct as that would be on purpose and not by accident.

And Lee-Vi, please get out, you have NO permission to post on this thread as you were not involved apart from insulting us / spamming the side chat to help your friends out.

EDIT: Why am I even wasting my time with people like you? I explained everything atleast for the 3rd time now and yet you still complain. This is an admins decision and not mine, I gave enough input for PeterElite's defense and do not wish to waste my time with you.

U are right u should not waste ur time when i have proof and u have nothing just nonseless talk that he had MX or Zubr u say u were on the scene and know exactly what happened but u just proved u are wrong u dont even know what weapon he had, Didnt u hear the sound of silencer?

Moving on, the weapon do matter since as far as i know the silencer reduces the weapon velocity hence the damage , in arma 3 there are no subsonic ammo so the developers had to do something with it.  
I dont know if u are this stupid or just trying to defend ur friend what i said is what is ur proof that it was mistake? U say if i RDM someone its on purpose, why would it? I could say the same things as u why would it be different?

Yes u should not waste ur time since what u say is bullshit u proved urself from the beginning telling it was an MX lolz.  U explained nothing u said 99% of my story is incorrect when in fact u said nothing otherwise as i said. (only the obvious lie that he had an MX)
Yes dude u did a lot of input for peterelites defense: U told us he had an MX and that he told u it was an accident and he is ur friend. Thanks for ur comments it helped a lot really gave  ENOUGH iimput .

Keep ur own advice and dont waste ur time with this if Peterelite cant spend 1 minute to make an account then there is nothing to talk about with u especially after u state such stupid things as he had MX and silencer has nothing to do with bullet penetration

My age is not a concern try reasoning instead of going personal.  I had a reason how do i know what sounds they made and it proves u dont have a good logic posting all the crap after that image i posted.

 
I just notice Kotmindzer wrote that PeterElite didnt say anything in voice becouse his mic was muted 90%. Its also on the screenshot that he is talking (or laughing)

ur explanation was kinda poor.  I dont even want to argue about anything there is a screenshot about a clear Kill in greenzone u can lie about basic things what can be seen on the screen , like PeterElite talking. Or the weapon. Note i did not say he bought a weapon and realoaded it there. I said if u buy a weapon at donator shop u need to reload it. Anyway i highly doubt he went there already geared up to buy another gun, but again: it makes no difference at all. U still cant answer 1 thing: why are u defending him and he dont write here at all? Are u his lawyer or something? :D   Can't he speak english or what's the problem?

The VIP Store has other shops than the gun store, for example the market / general store, and he can not buy a gun since he is not a donator nor has the forum account for that, someone else bought it for him. Therefore, your sentence is invalid. He shot you 3 minutes after he got the gun so it was not instant, he was accessing other stores and missclicked during that. How can you even say hes fully geared?

I literally can not handle you anymore, you are coming up with so much bullcrap, as I said in my very first post, mistakes do happen and you are complaining about that because we did not give you 100k? And then you go on saying that you would accept 30k?

He did RDM in a safezone by a missclick and we offered to compensate you the lost items, however, accidents do happen and that accident is pretty common amongst all players, some people let bullets out and you were standing in front of him. II will leave the decision up to the admin now.

@Kotmindzer Wow i know i shouldnt comment here and if the admins wish the can happily remove it. But dont go around being abusive or attacking each other it is immature and offensive, and know one wants to see it. Alot of people have problems and we all need to remeber this is a game, and we are here to have fun.
