Description of what happened: Peter Lustig and BieneMaja99 were RDM'ing and combat logging multiple times for at least an hour, meanwhile Matija SS was shooting at people and threatening them in the greenzone.

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: when I told BieneMaja99 that he shouldnt combat log he told me "It's all good man" and continued to do it five minutes later. When I told Matija SS to put the gun away he tried shooting at me, Panto and Matjia later tried to get me out of the greenzone to kill me.

Since the recording was cut-up and taken out of context, allow me to elaborate on my behalf.

After finishing a robbery, I wanted to have some role-play fun on the Kavala market. I entered the Burger stand and started acting out a Soprano-like burger vendor, speaking in itallian accent and being aggresive towards others (for laughs, no insults).

When Lecter came, I took out my gun and shot next to his head (if I wanted to kill/harm him, wouldn't have missed from 3m distance) all in the role of a nervous burger vendor. I am full aware of the 6A and 6B rules since I started playing on the role-play servers, years ago. I am not a fool to break them.

If this is considered a major offence of the server rules, I hereby declare 'guilty'. But, seeing what takes place at Kavala market at a daily basis (RDMs, repetitive VDMs, lockpicking and freshly-bought car theft) of which I have several uncut recordings for later evidence (in case it is needed), I assumed a role-played bullet in the air was not a crime to be sentenced for.

I admit we did try to lure Lecter out of the green zone but I do not see anything wrong with that, neither in common sense nor in the server rules.

So, to conclude, the only rule I broke is 6C and I am willing to pay my dues for it, whatever the punishment may be.
