i forgot why i was banned came on ts and asked why i was banned and i was told it was for advertising rdm and restraint glitching witch was a long time ago 

(10) Advertising - Advertising any of the following services* on our servers/website/teamspeak or social media groups without permission is bannable without appeal i know this should not be done its unfair to the admins and all the staff team and i apologise for what i did. 

(2.4) Using any exploits such as looting dead bodies, duplication of items or money, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside of its intended purpose, transferring / processing items through walls and windows,and locking doors that have been broken into before 10 minutes have passed, IE those that have been bolt-cut. Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal. If you discover an exploit that nobody else knows about, please reveal it to a staff member privately in order to ensure that it does not be abused in the future. honestly i cant say why i done this restraint glitch it was stupid and wont happen again 

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban). i have played on ennough servers now to know how horible it feels getting shot from nowhere and i havent broke this rule for ages if i did it was accidental and sorted out on the spot

Why do you want to return ?

i want to return because i haven't really had a good shot at this server and its been a server that has not died and its been up for years and most my friends want me to come on and play because most servers are dying 

Why should we unban you ?

i was banned in 2015 ive grown up and matured a bit now and if you give me a shot youll see that i can play by the rules and i can be a good asset

im not here to fuck around im here to have a good laugh with friends and meet some new ones and if i slip up and break any rules even little ones i wont argue the fact of having a perm with no appeal to settle it.

Rewind a few years:

Want me to tell you what I thought ?... actually I do not think you would be able to cope in life after you heard my opinion.

Now lets go into all the rules you broken from RDM, to breaking the NLR rule 3 times in 20 mins to restrain glitching... maybe you have been playing other life servers but that means nothing to us as we are not in the same field as the ones you have been playing on (I ve had a look) they are casual life servers and ours is a serious roleplay server.

You may have now looked at our rules to be able to quote them but I do wonder why you didn't follow them then and I also wonder about your act of desperation to post about a server with 2 players on... on our forums ?

Honestly cant really remember why i did that i fully understand that it was wrong, i know that this is your server and i should have respected the rules that you put in place, were talking about two maybe nearly pushing three years ago now that i done this alot can change i have  managed to play on servers without having a single rule break not going to mention what servers  and like i said i fully apologise about that last time as for the other things all i can say to that is i was still kinda new to life servers 

Please accept my deepest apologies for my mistake in regard to the restraint glitching   it was stupid and more importantly it was immature, If there was any good that came out of this unfortunate experience, it is that I have grown and learned alternative approaches to these situations i know not to piss around and I certainly didn't want to destroy or jeopardise anyone's experience from this community.

While I cannot alter what has transpired, I have taken steps to ensure that similar incidents and misunderstandings will not occur in the future. I'm so sorry for my ill-advised and thoughtless actions . I thought that it would be funny and something that we would all find amusing. i see now it was just stupid and immature.

Your experience on other servers and your record of no rule breaks means nothing here, We are a serious roleplay server that actually enforces our rules and we are pretty strict about it unlike others to make sure the quality here is alot higher.

I wonder if you have actually read our rules or you are just assuming you have from playing on servers that have ... used our rules as well "inspiration"

Also as a note time means nothing... We've had people come back after nearly 4 years away and get banned within the first day, So sometimes this whole process can be a big waste of our time.

So go away and read them and make sure you understand each rule fully then post back here when you have done so.

i can assure you I feel terrible and embarrassed. I didn't fully understand the rules of this game let alone role play i was new to the gaming world at the time and i understand you think time means nothing, how ever in time i have learnt how to play this game in time i have learnt how to role-play i have learnt how to drive, how to fly how to build a community trust and more importantly  i have learnt how to read and understand there are rules to a community like this, It was not my intention to create such an awkward and embarrassing situation for me and you and this community  i was a noob While I cannot alter what has transpired as i previously stated  but I'd like to apologise, because you deserve the acknowledgement that i now understand the rules looking for your forgiveness, but only to let you know that I deeply regret the harm that I have done.

i respect that you say time means nothing but you cant put the fault of thew in to the many, people can change and im a prime example of that except the only thing is now i went from 200 hours  to now 3,000+ hours purely on role-play servers and mainly one server but i have played on loads all together, the main thing different about this server is i see rules against discrimination that is  the only thing i see different when i look at the rules.

@tscpiwi the server you have been playing on is certainly no Roleplay server, So i suggest you erase that experience from your memory and take a fresh look at our rules as every single one of them is enforced.

You say you don't see anything different in the rules that's because our rules have been copied many many times over the last 4 years, If your roleplay is minimal and classed as poor you will be banned so this is a very stern warning.

Due to your advertising issue there will not be any further appeals if you are re-banned so take this as a golden one chance, do not let yourself down.
