In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I was banned for RDM a guy that lock picked my car , I asked his forgiveness and he wanted to solve things out on teamspeak .
For some reason i wasn't able to join the teamspeak in that time and i explained it to the guy and told him that i will accept the punishment unfortunately.
At the same month i was drafted for the army for almost a year so i didn't have time to discuss this subject.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

As i said i was drafted for the army so i didn't had any time to play video games at all for almost a whole year.
I served as an Israeli ground forces soldier and after my injury i was sent back home

Why do you want to return ?

Now i have plenty of time to play and discovered my good friends are still playing so id love to join them.
i really had fun playing in this servers , i met a lot of friend and i'm pretty sure that other servers does not have quality rp as good as this community has.

Why should we unban you ?

I understood my mistake right after the incident but i didn't had any time to discuss it.
Im a mature guy that his only intention is to have fun on your server, and didnt meant to harm/annoy any one.

Iv'e read the rules and especially the RDM rule

Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM

I did not engaged the person in any form of role play and i just paniced and shoot him on the spot ,i promise this kind of things wont happen ever again and im very sorry and the person i RDMed know it as he wrote in my ban appeal.

Okay, looking back on your previous appeal, it was mentioned that you was banned twice in a very short period. Do you mind informing me on what you had previous bans for before I look into it?

I know it has been a year since you have been able to play any games, however that doesn't mean that you won't disregard the server rules in the future. How can we be certain that you are going to start fresh and prove us wrong?

Thank you for taking time reading my appeal.

I got banned once for VDM since i misread the rules, it was my arrogant,stupid and childish mistake to not read the rules properly while knowing i'm stepping into a high quality RP server, iv'e learned from my mistake and reread the rules as i should've in the first place.

I can assure you that this kind of rule breaking wont happen again, i have a quality RP to give back to the server,iv'e learned from my mistake ,it wasn't about me not knowing the rules, it was about me getting stressed and engaging the other person.

I think its very unfortunate that my silly mistake could've been solved with the person itself but ended up in me getting banned. I asked the victim for forgiveness and he was kind enough to forgive me and tried to solve things out on Teamspeak.
