In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I don't know why i would get banned for exploiting.

I could only think of two things that might have been considered exploiting. If one of these two thing is considered exploiting i am very sorry about my actions and would like for all staff members to know that it was never my intentions to use ans exploit or glitch to profit from in and way shape or from.

1. I own an NPAS Hellcat and NPAS MH-9 (As far as i know it's not considered exploiting to own any to these vehicles(I don't consider this an exploit or a glitch due many other players are freely showing and trading them over the server and forums))
2. I used a carousel on a playground that got me kicked for #35 from the sever. (I found this by accident and only used it later ones more to show a friend my mine a "Magic trick"(I thought it was funny that i got kicked from spinning a carousel it was never my intention to use this in any exploiting way shape and or form))

If any of my actions listed above is the reason i got banned for exploiting i am very sorry it was never my intention to break any rules. If the reason i got banned for exploiting is anything else i gladly would like to know what i could have been.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

For the past 6 months i have mostly been studying. I have played some fallout 76 and Arma3 from time to time but, i just came back to RPUK last Saturday.

Why do you want to return ?

I like playing on RPUK. Usually i play for a month or two until and catch up with a few of my old friends who are still active on the community until i stop playing for a few months. I like being here and having fun with my old friends.

Why should we unban you ?

I have been here for almost 2 years and never got banned before. Ones i got a warning for NRL by Wolfy but, that has been what feels like more than a year ago. I truly don't understand why i got banned for exploiting and if i have exploited in any way shape or form it was never my intention to do so.

I can back this statement as it was me he showed it to and i do not see this as an exploit either. In my eyes i dont see why he would have been banned. I have known soldier for about 1.5 years and he is not the type of guy to do that type of stuff.

One thing i could think of that might have been it. At Agios bank i did finish my self off while being handcuffed by the police.

A part of my group where rubbing the Agios bank while rubbing the bank i was hiding in a house awaiting to "Go" to protect to bank. After reserving the "Go" all went down hill very fast and we decided to call off the bank rubbery and extract as many gang members as passable. I went to the garage and took out my qilin and started picking up and extracting healthy and bleeding out members moving them to a close by location. While moving a incapacitated player i reserved fire from the police force. I decided to park my qilin and surrender while standing still in the middle of the street without a firearm or attempt to access my backpack i reserved fire again after 5-7 seconds i was confused why they decided to keep firing on an unarmed guy standing in the middle of the street posting to threat and decided to take coffer behind an offroad there i healed and hide for about 10 seconds still not attempting to access my backpack or pulling out a weapon just hiding and standing still. The police force decided to walk around my coffer and decided to ones again shoot me while posting no thread. After being incapacitated and bleeding out i asked a police officer multiple times why they decided to fire in an unarmed guy who posted no threat and did not attempt to post a threat. They replied with that they shot me for helping the incapacitated rebels in the area. I accepted the reason and asked for a bloodbag since my blood was around half way down. They did not reply to my request and more of the incapacitated players started requesting bloodbags. The police officers still did not reply even while standing next to us. After a few minutes a police van arrived and started to drag us in. They said they were to escort us to the prison. That would have taken around 2-3 minutes within this time frame i would have had bleeded out. From the start of the escort my blood was already extremely low and i decided that i did not want to wait to bleed out half way to the prison and decided because the police warn't gone give us any blood to finish my self so i did not have to wait to bleed out. Later i heard from my gang members that more of them bleeded out during transport of bloodloss and did not think this could have been the reason i would be banned for exploiting.

I did not consider this because under the 2.4 rule it says "Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal''. If this where the reason i would be banned i would have expected to be banned for 2.5 combatlogging and reserve a warning or a temporary ban as punishment.
I have followed the rules as the best i could for the past 2 years and resolved every of the few reports that has been submitted towards me as the best i could. Because of that i have never been banned before on this community and i hope this one mistake would not be the end of me on this community.

I think the admins here have given you more than enough chances to come clean about your 3rd personing through walls, You was being watched and it happened multiple times and you have failed to own up to this
